Terms and Conditions for Competitions

By entering the competition, you automatically accept the following terms and conditions.

Employees of Strygestof.dk and their households are not eligible to participate in competitions.

Social Media

When participating in competitions on social media, including Facebook and Instagram: The competition is created and run exclusively by Strygestof.dk. The competition is in no way created or run by Facebook Inc or Instagram. By participating in Facebook competitions, you automatically give permission for Strygestof.dk to send you notifications on Facebook.

When competitions are held on social media, the winner will be announced on the competition post and/or a separate post on the platform where the competition is being held. The announcement of the winner will be made at the latest on the next working day after the competition has ended. It is then the winner's own responsibility to contact Strygestof.dk regarding the prize.

Random Draw Competitions

When the competition is over, the winner will be randomly selected from all participants. The winner will receive a direct message on the same platform where the competition is being held. The winner's name will be announced on the competition post at the latest on the next working day after the competition has ended.

Prize Draw Competitions

Please note that we can only see your post if your profile is publicly available. When the competition is over, we will go through all the posts and select a winner. We have 1 week to go through the participants' posts and select a winner. The winner will receive a direct message on the same platform where the competition is being held. The winner's name will be announced on the competition post at the latest 1 week after the competition has ended.

Weight-Based Competitions

By participating in weight-based competitions, participants give permission for Strygestof.dk to send them newsletters. The winner will be contacted by email at the latest on the next working day after the competition has ended. The winner's name will be announced in a post on Facebook and Instagram or newsletter at the latest 1 week after the competition has ended.

General

Strygestof.dk reserves the right to find an alternative winner if the original winner does not respond within 7 days after being contacted. All competition winners will be contacted directly by Strygestof.dk on the platform where they participated in the competition, unless otherwise stated above. If it is a weight-based competition, the winner will be contacted on the email address or phone number provided on the order.

Prize

Prizes cannot be exchanged for other goods or cash. The winner is responsible for reporting any tax on the prize to SKAT.
