When you shop with us, we offer you the opportunity to collect your package for free in our package box in Sakskøbing. Please note that the code for the box is changed regularly, so it is essential to always check the email you receive regarding the collection of your order.

Important information:

- Collection time: Your order must be collected at the latest 4 days after you have received a message that the package is ready. After this, we cannot guarantee that the package is still in the box.

- Address: The package box is located at Nykøbingvej 62, 4990 Sakskøbing, and it is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

- Notification: You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

- Reminder: To ensure good rotation in the package box, packages are removed after 4 days. Please contact us to arrange a new collection time if you are unable to collect the package before then.

Exceptions:

Some items cannot be stored in our package box and must therefore be sent directly to you. If the collection option is not displayed when you go to the checkout, it means that one or more of your items cannot be collected and will therefore be sent with one of the available shipping methods. These items include:

- Clothing
- Mini rolls
- Signs

1. Your package is ready for collection in the package box as soon as you have received an email about this.

3. The package is ready in the package box, which is the white post box with a code.

4. The code for the package box will be sent to you by email. You open the box by turning the numbers until they form a code in front of the line.

5. Always check before you go that it is the correct package with your full name + order number, which you have taken.

6. You close the package box again by turning the numbers to any number.
