Subli-Flock 5901 from POLI-TAPE® is a white polyester flock designed specifically for sublimation printing, where designs are pressed with transfer paper. Vejledning

Vejledning til anvendelse af sublimeringsflock

Disse oplysninger er vejledende og kan variere afhængigt af tolerancer, materialeegenskaber, slid på plotterbladet og andre faktorer. Derfor anbefales det altid at udføre et prøvesnit ved hvert rulleskift samt en vasketest.

Forberedelse:
Forpres tekstilet ved fuld presningstemperatur i 2-3 sekunder.

Efterbehandling:
Vent mindst 24 timer efter færdigbehandling, før tekstilet vaskes. Vask altid med vrangen udad.

Specifik vejledning til sublimering

Overfør motivet spejlvendt på et sublimeringspapir med sublimeringsfarver, f.eks. TexPrint®R.
Overfør derefter motivet til sublimeringsflocken.
Lad den trykte flockfilm afkøle i mindst 4 timer, før den videre behandling.

En påføringstest på de originale materialer skal altid udføres for at sikre optimal kvalitet og holdbarhed.
